MEET THE GUIDES

Shay
Hi, I’m Shay, a certified Mat & Reformer instructor, as well as a fitness enthusiast. My classes blend spicy yet supportive movements creating the perfect balance of strength and control. My goal is to leave you feeling empowered and energized in a space rooted in community, while sharing my passion for movement and the Pilates method.

Leah
I am a fully certified STOTT pilates instructor who teaches dynamic, alignment-focused classes that balance control, challenge, and flow. I have a deep love for wellness practices beyond Pilates, including yoga, lagree, and sound baths, and brings that broader perspective into my teaching. My classes are thoughtful, energizing, and designed to help clients move better and feel stronger.

Hannah
Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m a certified Pilates instructor, yoga teacher, and personal trainer with a degree in Kinesiology, which means I truly geek out on how the body moves, functions, and becomes stronger over time.
My classes are rooted in mindfulness, and I love guiding students to breathe with intention, move with purpose, and stay connected to what their body is telling them, while still keeping my classes challenging! I believe every single person is capable of so much more than they realize, and it’s my favorite thing in the world to help you discover that.
Whether we’re flowing through a slower class , firing up your core , or training with real intention, I’ll meet you exactly where you are and push you to go further.
My goal? To help you show up, dig deep, and completely surprise yourself. I can’t wait to move with you!

Daria
Daria is a Pilates instructor who holds a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Sciences, which gives her a deep appreciation for anatomy, movement, and how beautifully the body works!!!
Her goal is to help people move, feel good in their bodies, and leave class feeling a little more connected to themselves. Her classes are thoughtful, supportive, and planned with intention, so every movement has a purpose.
She loves continuing her Pilates education and is currently working towards her Pre/Postnatal Conditioning certification.
For Daria, helping people move is basically her love language 💗

Danea
Danea (she/her) is a yoga and pilates facilitator who has been leading group wellness across the GTA since 2016- predominately yoga (vinyasa, prenatal, postnatal, yin and restorative). Pilates was a practice Danea started to explore in 2021 to add strength and stability to her yoga practice. Since then, Danea has completed Contemporary Mat & Reformer pilates training with Muse Movement and CCB training with Mindful Movement Centre. Expect sequencing that focuses on building foundation, strength, and confidence in the hopes of fostering a deeper connection to the physical and intuitive body.

Simrin
Hi, I’m Simrin! I fell in love with Pilates a few years ago and have been obsessed ever since. My classes are upbeat, music-driven, and guaranteed to leave you feeling the full body burn . When I’m not teaching, I’m probably reading a good book or getting my steps in with my dog. Can’t wait to move with you!
MEET THE FRONT OF HOUSE

Margaret
I have a big passion for health and wellness and love connecting with others through various forms of movement. Outside of the studio, you can probably find me working with children, cafe hopping and trying various foods, making matcha and working on my matcha pop-up (LīChà), and/or petting dogs/cats! I also love fashion and photography.

Alyssa

Dammy
I’m someone who values wellness, positivity, and movement in everyday life. I enjoy mat Pilates and the gym for the balance of strength and mindfulness it brings, and I love being surrounded by a community that promotes feeling good inside and out.

Talia
Hey y’all! I love bringing positive energy, making people feel supported, and being the person who’s always cheering you on and hyping you up no matter what. I’m so excited to meet you all and have you be a part of the Kalektiv family. I can’t wait to grow, connect, and last but not least move together!
