Slow and precise Pilates that prioritizes mindfulness, alignment, and deep core activation. It’s about tuning inward—finding your personal center before you plug into the group. This class is grounded with slow transitions and breath-led movement. Our guides will cue around awareness and sensation allowing members to find strength within. In this class, Kalektiv members learn to feel the reformer machine respond to them as well as build trust within your body and the reformer through carriage silence and spring listening.
